The National Careers Services also have the following support:

  • The Exam Results Helpline 0800 100 900 will be running this year from the 12 August until the 28  August from 8am until 10pm every day
  • Students, parents/carers and careers advisers will be able to access support by calling the helpline or speaking to an adviser on our webchat, as well as on Twitter on @Exam_Helpline
  • The National Careers Service will be running a Virtual Careers Fair aimed at supporting young people who are looking for advice for their next steps after receiving their results. Monday 24 August, aimed at 18 year-olds, and will include live Q&A sessions with National Careers Service advisers, as well as content from a range of national and local organisations.
