Several Sixth Form students were given a brief to create a piece of media which displayed what life is like as a photography student in Year 13.

Students Amy, Ruby and Jasmine decided to create an explanatory video which showcased what being a photography student is really all about. In the video, they include shots of the school grounds and photography studio, as well as students working in the school environment. They also give an insight into what equipment teachers encourage them to use on a daily basis.

This project was undertaken in their spare time which shows the students commitment to their work. They have put their skills to good use by using different camera angles and lighting, and then adding effects to the video during post-production.

The video is reflective of the supportive relationships developed by staff and students during their Post 16 studies. You can view the full video below.
